URBACT IV is a European programme co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aimed at promoting sustainable urban development through networks of cities working together to transfer good practices and develop participatory solutions to urban challenges.
The “We Create Space – Transfer Network” project aims to transfer a good practice for the participatory regeneration of public spaces, successfully implemented in Ostrava. The approach is based on local micro-grants, direct citizen engagement, co-design and community-led stewardship of public spaces.

URBACT IV è un programma europeo cofinanziato dal Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale (FESR), volto a promuovere lo sviluppo urbano sostenibile attraverso reti di città che collaborano
per trasferire buone pratiche e costruire soluzioni partecipate ai problemi urbani.
Il progetto “We Create Space – Transfer Network” mira a trasferire una buona pratica di rigenerazione partecipata degli spazi pubblici, già implementata con successo a Ostrava, fondata su
microfinanziamenti locali, coinvolgimento diretto dei cittadini, progettazione condivisa e cura comunitaria degli spazi.
